Tom Beckett	General	Don't know the total count on the JB reefers, but there are several hundred-not many compared to the now 65000 in the overall container pool. I have seen a few on the BNSF Transcon. It is not at this point a large part of their intermodal business, though as of when I retired from JB 18 months ago, they were hoping to grow it substantially. I have a feeling they may be disappointed. Refrigerated transport is high loss due to equipment failure/lack of en route maintenance-stuff like the refrigeration unit runs out of fuel. The new generation of GPS monitored reefer units may fix a lot of that. I'm hoping so.	9/24/2015 3:04:32 AM
